This is an independent guide to basketball betting, sportsbooks and casino sites that take players in the United States. It is not a bookmaker, it holds no player funds and it cannot open, close or settle an account for you.
Write to the desk
One address reaches the editors: [email protected]. Put the page URL in the subject line and we will know where to look. The four things worth writing about:
- A correction. A licence that moved, a bonus that changed, a limit that is no longer what the page says. Point at the operator’s own terms if you have the link — a page gets fixed faster when the source is in the message.
- A broken or wrong link. Operators retire landing pages without notice; tell us which one sends you nowhere.
- A page that is out of date. Every page carries the date it was last edited near the top. If that date looks old for a market that has moved, say so.
- Business and media. Advertising, licensing of content, or a press enquiry — same address, and please say which one in the subject.
What we cannot do for you
A dispute with a sportsbook or casino — a frozen withdrawal, a voided bet, a verification that will not clear — has to go to the operator’s own support first, in writing. If that fails, the next step depends on where the book is licensed: a state-licensed US operator answers to that state’s gaming regulator, and an offshore site answers to the authority named in the licence notice at the foot of its own site. We have no standing in either process and no access to your account.
If betting has stopped being fun
Help is free and confidential: call 1-800-GAMBLER or read our responsible gambling guide, which lists the deposit caps, time-outs and self-exclusion tools every licensed operator has to offer. Mail sent here is read by the editors and nobody else; what we keep and for how long is in the privacy notice.
The short form below reaches the same desk without opening a mail client. It asks for a message and an address to answer to, and nothing else — no account, no sign-in, no tracking of what you read before you wrote. The form itself is hosted for us by fortunida.com, which passes the message on and keeps nothing for its own use; the mail lands in the same inbox as everything else. If the form does not load because a script blocker is on, the address above still works and is read the same day.
