Who is allowed to use the site?
Adults of 21 or over. You are responsible for checking whether betting, casino games, poker, racing wagers or fantasy contests are lawful where you are physically located before you act on anything you read here.
What is the site, and what is it not?
It is an independent publication of reviews, guides, state summaries, tools such as the odds calculator, and news. It is not a sportsbook, casino or payment service. You cannot open an account, place a bet or deposit money with us.
How reliable is the information?
We take figures from operators’ and regulators’ own publications and date every page. Operators still change terms at any moment, so we cannot guarantee that a figure is current or complete. The betting disclaimer explains the limits in full and is part of these terms.

What is the owner liable for?
Because nothing is charged, nothing is warranted either.
